INTERNSHIPS

  • 2 Year Developmental program.

  • 3 -4 rotational assignments into related departments such as Sales & Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain Management and Finance.

  • Exposure into different geographic locations of the organisation in order to enhance their interpersonal skills and work related abilities and knowledge.

  • Will give them an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals.

  • Provide opportunities for learning, growth and experience throughout the entire program.

  • 2 Year Developmental program.

  • Technical skills development via on-the-job training with the direct supervision of experienced professionals.

  • 3 -4 rotational assignments into Marine Divisions such as Lifeboat Services, Liferafts Services, Fire Fighting Services, Boat Manufacturing.

  • Besides the Engineers, there would also be opportunities given to Diploma Holders in different technical fields.

  • Apart from technical expertise this program would help them to enhance their professional skills and leadership skills as well.

  • Interns will get an opportunity to learn while working with professionals

  • They will be given an opportunity in many areas of interest be it commercial or technical i.e., sales, purchase, inventory, logistics, HR, technical departments, etc.

  • Internship opportunities can be provided in different locations across SHM group.

  • Duration for internship can vary as per the university requirements.

  • Internship letters are provided at the successful completion of the internship.

  • Interns can be given an opportunity for full-time employment within the organization based on their performance during the internship.
